I CAN NOT believe my little preemie babies are nearly 1 year old! I am getting all watery eyed just thinking of it! This year has been SO amazing, so trying and SO WONDERFUL. My Big girl is just that a BIG GIRL. She is so grown up now, so perfect made. God is GOOD! This past few weeks have been HARD on this home. We dealt with all 4 kids having pink eye. Elijah is fighting a hard battle for over a month now with double ear infection.Next step for him is a shot. Olivia has been dealing with the same battle with a double ear infection AND now has pnemonia (sp) which is just let me say WONDERFUL (do you HEAR my sarcasm?). Nadia has a double ear infection also. Thalia has pnemonia also! even the dog has an ear infection AND WORMS! man oh man it has been a rough few weeks. I have gone to the dr. and spent HOURS with my kids. I went 1 time this week, 2 times last week, 2 times the weeks before and 1 time the week before that. Sometimes with 1 kid, sometimes with 2 kids. oh and thats not to mention the 2 times we had to go get x-rays of lungs! Oh and long story short, most of those times i was in the waiting room for 2 hours then another 1 hour in the back! talk about a long few weeks, and TONS of money on antiobiotics. Each child is on at LEAST 1 antio biotic plus on cough meds. each one has started meds on different days. plus we do vapor chest rubs, humidifers, and LOTS of love.
thanks for listening! :) OH and about 3 weeks ago we had a nasty stomach bug come around! that was lots of fun also! I am going to attach a pict. of thalia hiding. I told her i had her medicine ready and she went running, i grabbed the camera and caught her diving into the couch to hide and she really thought i couldnt see her! SHE HATES meds, and i have to sit on her and threaten her that i will take her to the hospital if she doesnt take it. works like a charm every time.
I will update more soon. It is going to be busy this year with 4 kids.
I LOVE these little people more then life itself. What in the world did I do in life BC (before children :) ) I would not change it for the world. Looking into the eyes of pure innocence is the most wonderful thing in this world, minus feeling them move in your stomach.
I am a VERY blessed person. THANK YOU GOD!
I will update prob. after the babies 1st year well visit which is on the 6th of january.
